Joshua is the sole principal of Joshua Stein PLLC, which he founded in 2010 after more than two decades as a partner in the Real Estate Group at Latham & Watkins LLP. He has published more than 500 articles and eight books on commercial real estate law, and has chaired the Practising Law Institute’s annual seminar on commercial real estate finance since 1997. A member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and former chair of the New York State Bar Association Real Property Law Section, he is consistently recognized among the top real estate lawyers in the country by Chambers USA, Who’s Who Legal, Super Lawyers, and Best Lawyers in America.
