He has testified in federal and state courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery, and other dispute resolution forums. He is a Senior Lecturer of Finance and Real Estate at UCLA Anderson School of Management, Lecturer in Law at UCLA School of Law, Faculty Advisor at UCLA Department of Economics, successful entrepreneur and investor, and corporate board member. He earned an MBA with Highest Distinction from the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and is a Real Estate Broker.
