Ben Feingold is Managing Director at Grayslake Advisors. He has nearly a decade of litigation support experience and has served as a consulting expert on numerous significant and high-profile matters. Ben has broad experience as a practitioner and an educator in the areas of financial and economic analysis, as well as real estate development, operations, and finance. Ben is an Adjunct Instructor of policy, planning, and development at the Sol Price School of Public Policy at University of Southern California, teaching courses in real estate development and economic development finance. He was awarded the 2021-22 Golden Apple Teaching Award by graduate Master of Urban Planning students voting on professors who have had the most impact on them. Ben earned a PhD and MA in Economics from Claremont Graduate University, a Master of Urban Planning from University of Southern California, and a BA in Public Policy from University of Michigan.
